Alice and Bill Barnes, former NYC (and beyond) musicians currently living in Midcoast Maine, are seasoned entertainers.
Alice Limoges has performed across North America, released 5 albums, and played on a Grammy Award winning children's album. In addition to singing jazz and your favorite covers, she shares her original music about the joys and love she has found in Maine.

Born and raised on a mountain by the sea in Rockport, Maine, Alice Limoges was singing before she could walk. After spending 7 years working in the New York City music scene, touring, and releasing 4 albums, the coronavirus pandemic guided her back to Midcoast Maine in 2020.
Her life has blossomed with new inspirations in the beautiful landscape of her childhood, leading to a new canon of songs celebrating the life, beauty, and love she has found in Maine. Alice shares these intimate, heartwarming songs with guests from near and far in such diverse venues as yachts and sailboats, backyard parties, home, campfires, and private serenades in nature.

In 2021, she teamed up with longtime friend and collaborator Bill Barnes, whose versatile jazz guitar skills heighten her performance, opening up repertoire of all genres including jazz, folk, pop, and rock. They can come into the forefront with an engaging show featuring original songs and storytelling or take the backseat with your favorite covers while your guests focus on conversation. Alice and Bill can accommodate your musical tastes and learn some of your favorite songs.

About Bill Barnes...
Alice and Bill Barnes go way back to when she was 17 and he gave her jazz guitar lessons. Since her return, they have teamed up to entertain crowds at private events.
Former New York session guitarist Bill Barnes started his musical career in the late sixties, touring with ATCO Records recording artist Arthur Conley (Sweet Soul Music). He has since played with a stellar lineup of music industry heavies including Eddy Floyd, SpiderTurner, The Marvelettes, Len Barry, Gary US Bonds, The Coasters, The Platters, Rufus Thomas and Sam the Sham as well as jazz luminaries such as Michael Henderson and Gabrielle Goodman. On the concert stage he has opened for a diverse lineup of acts, including Curtis Mayfield and The Impressions, Dr. Hook and the Medicine Show, Tommy James, Blue Oyster Cult, Betty Wright, Tommy Roe, KC and the Sunshine Band, Dobie Gray and The Ides of March. His jazz trio's CD "Winds of Bodhgaya" is available from Ponca Jazz Records.
